Since Dog/Daddy Steve makes his annual trek to the Tundra to celebrate the holidays with family and loved ones, and since Frieda and Frank enjoyed their summer vacation there, they had a different kind of Christmas holiday!Even though Frieda sobbed and cried, pouted and panicked that Dog/Daddy Steve was abandoning her, both dachshunds went to the kennel for a Dog Spa weekend. They not only were given their yearly physical examinations, they were also groomed! Frieda and Frank both received refreshing manicures and pedicures, their soft fur was trimmed and brushed. Overall, they were indeed 'pampered' for the holidays.
Sweet Allen, who is Dog/Daddy Steve's good friend 'rescued' them because the kennel would be closed the following day, the day before Dog/Daddy Steve returned.
Dog/Daddy Steve enjoyed his Christmas holiday as did the 'polished and pampered' dachshunds!
